Free delivery, to 13 countries
There is no delivery charge on any order, in any of the countries below, and no minimum spend. The price on an item's page is the whole of what the courier collects.
The confirmation call
Usually within one working day of the order. A person goes through the product, the address and the exact amount; if nobody can be reached, nothing is packed.
1–2 working days
That is how long the shop needs, from the call, to pack the parcel and hand it to the courier or postal operator that covers your country.
3–7 working days
The time on the road depends on the country. You pay the courier in cash when the parcel is handed over; nothing is owed before.

These are the markets the shop serves; it does not deliver anywhere else.
Following the parcel
There is no tracking box on this site and no account to log into. The tracking details come from the shop: on the call that confirms the order, or whenever you ask by email. Some routes have no tracking for customers at all; for those you are told the dispatch date instead.

A late parcel
If nothing has arrived ten working days after the confirmation call, tell the shop. A trace is opened with the courier, and if the parcel cannot be found you choose between a replacement and your money back. You have paid nothing until the parcel arrives, so a lost parcel costs you nothing.
At the door
Look at the parcel before you pay. A box that is plainly damaged can be refused, and a refused parcel costs you nothing. Drivers carry little change, so have the exact amount ready.
Every country on this page is inside the EU, so no customs charge applies. Should a parcel ever cross a border where one does, it is set by the destination country and is payable by whoever receives it.
Changing your mind
Before the hand-over, an address can be changed or an order called off by saying so on the call or writing to service@sparrowyard.com the same day. After delivery you have 14 days to return an item.
